Order Processing and Delivery
All ticket and merchandise orders will be processed and shipped within ten (10) business days of your order. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete and ready to be shipped. Most orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping and Handling
There is no shipping and handling charge for ticket sales. For Mule Days merchandise and souvenirs, the following rates will apply:
International Orders may take over two weeks from shipment date to reach customer. International shipping costs average between $20-$30 added to each order. The actual shipping cost will be added to your order.Â Rates listed below are United States shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds
